From my perspective as a newer user, it's impressive.
It will adapt and add new templates and sizes to our library. Templates, proofing process and approvals are streamlined. The big plus is handing files to the vendor knowing we will be approving for print almost immediately is a time saver too. It also outputs nice professional client facing presentations of information.
I'm liking it.
Pricing
Priced on the job
not on a software tier
A lot less than putting another person on payroll. Quoted on a short call. No public price list.
How pricing works
We quote the job, not a plan
A hire is priced on the job it takes over, not on a software tier. On a short call we name the two jobs, look at how they work today, and then you get a real number for that work.
It is a lot less than another person on payroll. That is the point.

Included
What a standard hire includes
Two workflows, named in writing
Before anything gets built.
Built around how you already run
We build them around how your business already runs.
We run them every week
After setup, you don't live in them.
A weekly note
So you know what went out and what is waiting. During setup you approve so it learns your voice. Then it runs.
The phone hire
Answering missed, after-hours, and overflow calls is an add-on. We scope it on the call.
Heavier or custom work
Bigger than two workflows, or unusual? We quote it before we start. No surprise invoice.
Website work
Separate, and only if the site itself is the leak. Not this product.

This is awesome man. I can't thank you enough.
I didn't think it was possible, but we've increased volume, quality, and free time.

How to start
Name the job you'd otherwise hire for. We look at it, tell you whether we can take it, and quote it before anything gets built.
